Agreement to These Terms

Sly Fox (“Sly Fox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates slyfox.bet and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.We may revise these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. Material changes may also be announced through the Service when reasonably practical. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sly Fox. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law.

Your Account

You must provide accurate registration information, keep it current, protect your password, and notify us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.Each player may maintain only one account unless we give written permission otherwise. Usernames and profile information may not impersonate others, violate anyone's rights, or contain unlawful, threatening, hateful, or sexually explicit material. We may reclaim or change a username when needed to protect players, rights holders, or the Service.

The Sly Fox Service

Sly Fox is a free-to-play game about forecasting video-game news and outcomes. Players use Coins to choose outcomes on questions about releases, reviews, announcements, events, and similar subjects. Sly Fox creates and administers the available predictions; players do not create their own markets.We may add, change, suspend, or remove features and may correct technical errors, duplicate activity, incorrect Coin balances, odds, results, or payouts. We will use reasonable efforts to make corrections consistently and protect the integrity of the game.

Coins Are Play Money

Coins are free, in-game points provided only for entertainment and participation within Sly Fox. No purchase is necessary to receive Coins or participate in ordinary gameplay. Sly Fox does not offer real-money wagering.Coins have no cash or monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, gifted, redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money, property, goods, services, or anything else of value. Coins are not legal tender, stored value, a security, or a financial instrument. You receive a limited, personal, revocable permission to use Coins within the Service; you do not own them as property.We may award, deduct, expire, adjust, or discontinue Coins when reasonably necessary to operate the game, correct an error, address abuse, or change the Service. Closing or losing access to your account ends your permission to use its remaining Coins, without payment or compensation.

Predictions, Bets, and Resolution

Each prediction includes available outcomes, a closing time, and resolution information. Displayed percentages are crowd-based estimates that can change as bets are placed. They are not promises that an outcome will happen. The potential payout recorded when you place a bet is the amount used if that bet wins, subject to correction of a clear technical or calculation error.We resolve predictions using their published criteria and the best reasonably available evidence. We may delay resolution while information is incomplete, correct a mistaken resolution, choose the closest matching outcome when the criteria allow it, or cancel a prediction when no fair and supportable result is available. If we cancel a prediction, we refund the Coins wagered on unsettled bets.Predictions, percentages, results, and related information are provided for entertainment and general information only. They are not financial, investment, gambling, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them to make real-world financial or legal decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Sly Fox. In particular, you may not:

Create or control multiple accounts, share accounts, or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
Manipulate predictions, leaderboards, referrals, Coin awards, payouts, or any other game system.
Exploit or attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors, or keep benefits you know resulted from an error.
Use bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access or interact with the Service without written permission.
Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, security controls, rate limits, or the operation of the Service.
Impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, harass others, or use information from the Service to harm someone.
Copy, harvest, republish, or commercially exploit Service data or content except as allowed by law or written permission.
Use the Service for an unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or unauthorized purpose.

If you discover a security issue or game-breaking error, stop using it and report it to us. We may investigate suspected misconduct and reverse benefits connected to abuse or error.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Sly Fox and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. No other rights are granted.You may send feedback or suggestions. If you do, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, but you retain ownership of any rights you already hold in your feedback.

Third-Party Services and Information

Sly Fox relies on third-party infrastructure and information sources, including services that provide hosting, authentication, email delivery, game information, review scores, and official announcements. Third-party information may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect, and third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control or guarantee them.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Sly Fox at any time and may request account deletion through account settings. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for another person or the Service, used the Service unlawfully, or when suspension is necessary for security, maintenance, or legal compliance.Where practical, we may provide notice, but urgent security or abuse situations may require immediate action. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and general terms—will survive.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Sly Fox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not promise that the Service will always be secure, error-free, available, or free from harmful components.Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sly Fox and the people who operate it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost opportunities, loss of goodwill, or interruption of use arising from or related to the Service.Because Sly Fox is free and Coins have no monetary value, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve months before the claim or US $100. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sly Fox and the people who operate it from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

General Terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Sly Fox about the Service and replace earlier discussions or agreements on that subject. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as much as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or assign these Terms without our permission. We may assign these Terms as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
